These terms apply when you use ratetopic.com (the “Site”), an app-research publication operated by MobileUps. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Editorial information, not professional advice

Reviews, scores, comparisons, and recommendations are editorial judgments provided for general information. Products, prices, plans, security features, and policies can change after publication. Verify material information with the product provider before buying, subscribing, installing, or relying on a service.

Scores and independence

A RateTopic score is not an app-store rating or a guarantee that a product will fit every reader. Our methodology describes the criteria, evidence, corrections process, and use of automation. Vendors do not purchase a favorable score.

Ownership and commercial disclosures

MobileUps publishes several apps covered on the Site. Those pages include an ownership disclosure and should not be read as independent third-party reviews. Advertising, affiliate relationships, or sponsored content will be identified where they apply and kept separate from editorial scoring.

Third-party products and links

Product names, trademarks, websites, stores, and services belong to their respective owners. A link does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with that provider. Third-party transactions and services are governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Permitted use

You may read and link to publicly available Site pages for lawful personal or business research. You may not disrupt the Site, bypass security controls, misrepresent RateTopic content or scores, use the Site for unlawful activity, or republish substantial Site content without permission.

Intellectual property

Original Site text, design, branding, and compilations are owned by RateTopic or used under license and are protected by applicable law. Editorial references to third-party names, logos, screenshots, or excerpts remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, a particular product result, or that every link and product detail will remain current.
