RateTopic is operated by MobileUps. This policy describes the information handled when you visit ratetopic.com or contact us.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address you use, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer the request, investigate a correction, protect the Site, or meet a legal obligation. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Information handled automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and error or security events. This is used to deliver and protect the Site and diagnose faults.

The Site uses browser local storage to remember a light or dark theme preference. That preference remains on your device unless you clear it.

Advertising and Google services

RateTopic uses Google AdSense technology for site verification and, if the Site is approved, may display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Where required, visitors are offered consent controls before non-essential advertising technologies are used. You can also manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Advertising is separate from editorial scoring.

The Site currently loads fonts or icons from third-party content-delivery networks, which may receive standard request information such as an IP address.

Sharing and sale

Retention and security

Contact messages and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
